That time of year is here once again where our kids go out and work hard gathering candy for us to eat when they fall asleep! We want to make sure they have the best haul so I’ve compiled the ultimate list of Halloween events in Anderson, SC for 2017.
Now I can’t exactly tell you which houses or neighborhoods give out the full size candy bars (it’s my secret, you’ll never know). What I can help you out with though is finding the best places to take the little ones this year.
Logan’s Roadhouse Trunk or Treat – A trunk or treat event Hosted by the South Carolina Ghostbusters. Will take place on Thursday from 6pm – 8pm and is free to attend.
Howl “O” Ween – A pet oriented Halloween event in Downtown Anderson hosted by the Cancer Association of Anderson. Will be on Friday from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Free to attend. Includes things like pet costume contest, microchipping, pet photography, and more.
Free Halloween Event at Anderson Jockey Lot – The 6th annual Halloween event hosted by Anderson Jockey Lot. Includes a spook room , games, dress up and photo area, pumpkin painting, slime lab and of course lots of candy! We will also have a “Skeleton Scavenger Hunt”. Free event from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
McDonald’s HALLOWEEN CRUISE-IN – a Halloween themed car show and trunk or treat hosted by McDonald’s Cruise-In Anderson, SC. Times will be from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Halloween ComicFest 2017 – Hosted by Anderson’s one and only Planet Comics, this event will have candy and costumes all day long. Starts at 11:00 am
Community Wide Trunk or Treat at the Town of Pendleton Square – Trunk or treating in downtown Pendleton from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Pumpkin Fun – An event hosted by the Anderson County Library that includes stories, crafts, and treats. Occurring 4 times throughout Monday at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 6:00 pm. Free to attend.
City of Clemson’s Annual Halloween Festival – I know this isn’t Anderson, but it’s still a pretty great festival and it’s only right down the road. Includes trick r treating, games, and inflatables. Free to attend. 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
ACM’s Monster Mash Trick or Treating 2017 – Trick or treat event hosted by Anderson County Museum for kids age 2-12. Goes from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. $1 admission per person.

Don’t miss out on their corn maze!
Technically speaking, you could hit up a Halloween event with your family every night for 6 days straight. That’s a lot of candy.
